End Welfare for Non-Citizens
U.S. Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) introduced the End Welfare for Non-Citizens Act on January 15, 2026, a legislative effort aimed at restricting federal welfare benefits to non-citizens. The bill seeks to end taxpayer-funded benefits for individuals who are not U.S. citizens, including illegal immigrants, refugees, and other non-citizens without legal status.

Tell them to stand with taxpayers, enforce existing law, and ensure that federal welfare programs are reserved for American citizens and lawful residents — not used as incentives for illegal immigration.
