Pritzker’s BUILD Plan seeks to override local zoning by using church property as a tool for unchecked development. By allowing private partners to build six-story projects on church land without public oversight, the government is creating a massive trap for our churches that threatens both their mission and their religious freedom.

Please send a message to your state senator, state representative and Gov. Pritzker, urging them to reject the BUILD Plan (SB 635 and HB 5626).
