HB 5626: Stop the BUILD Act
Springfield thinks it knows our neighborhoods better than we do. Gov. Pritzker’s 'BUILD' Act is a massive power grab designed to strip local communities of their zoning authority and force unsafe, high-density housing into our neighborhoods.

Zoning and land use authority are issues at the heart of local control and should not be usurped by one-size-fits-all approach by Springfield.

Contact your state representative today and urge him/her to oppose HB 5626.
