HB 5408 - Anna Moeller (D)-Elgin: creates the Abortion Access Fund Grant Program to pay for abortions, for which federal funds are prohibited, for uninsured and underinsured women.

Urge your state representative to oppose HB 5408, the use of more of your tax dollars and insurance premiums to pay for more abortions!
