Woodford County Marijuana Opt-Out
The "recreational" marijuana bill that was passed by the General Assembly and hastily signed into law by Gov. Pritzker allows villages, cities and counties to opt out of marijuana retail sales. The Woodford County Board is currently considering an opt-out for the entire county to help protect families, businesses and communities from some of the negative consequences of this foolish policy.

If you do not want marijuana addicts and recreational users driving in and out of your community regularly to purchase drugs, please send an email message to county board members asking them to "please opt Woodford County out of marijuana retail businesses."
