Expand the "Invest in Kids Program"
We are disappointed to report that Gov. J.B. Pritzker wants the Illinois General Assembly to end the Invest in Kids Program, a tax-credit scholarship (TCS) program for low- and middle-income children.

According to one source, this program has helped low-income families make better education choices for their children, as the average income for a recipient family was $35,371, or 148 percent of the federal poverty level. Black and Hispanic children made up 52 percent of scholarship grantees.

Send a message to Gov. JB Pritzker and your state lawmakers to urge them to uphold, expand and solidify the “Invest in Kids” program.
