Please take a moment and contact your legislators and urge them to support the inclusion of the PBM reform provisions agreed to in December ASAP! Let your two US Senators and your member of the House of Representatives know that this PBM Reform MUST be included in the May reconciliation budget bill.
Tell your legislators to finalize these PBM reforms because:
They save taxpayers $5 billion.
They continue to garner overwhelming bipartisan/bicameral support.
The language was already agreed to in December.
Community pharmacies continue to close at an alarming rate and PBM reform cannot wait!
