Louisiana Medicaid is launching the new Louisiana Medicaid Provider Enrollment Portal in April 2021 to screen and enroll all Medicaid providers. The enrollment portal is being designed to meet Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements and must be used by all Medicaid providers.
