On Thursday, December 7, a State District judge of Texas said that she would grant a restraining order to Dallas woman Kate Cox, allowing her to kill her unborn child despite abortion being outlawed here since the overturning of Roe v. Wade. 

Cox's 20 week-old unborn baby has Trisomy 18, which often means the baby will pass away before birth or shortly after, but this is no reason to murder someone who might eventually die.

The judge’s decision is neither legally nor ethically acceptable, and AG Paxton can appeal the ruling if he wants.

Indeed, the Attorney General has a particular responsibility to protect the innocent within Texas by upholding our law against abortion. 

The discomfort of another is never a reason to justify murder. 

We must insist on the defense of this child, or risk losing this precious life and setting a precedent for the future.
