SB 771, which was first introduced in February, would outlaw discrimination against unvaccinated Oregonians in the workplace, barring employers from taking adverse action against their workers who decide not to get the new Covid jab.

Furthermore, it would also prohibit employers from discriminating against workers due to their vaccination history prior to Covid, or if they refuse to provide proof of vaccination to the employer, making all of the above unlawful employment practices under state law.

This legislation provides legal recourse for Oregonians whose vaccine rights, as specifically spelled out in SB 771, are violated regardless, as well, formally affording them the additional right to file a civil action suit in circuit court against any violator.

If these sound like basic, common-sense measures, that's because they are.

But - unfortunately - SB 771 hasn't seen much movement since its original introduction back in February. And now, there's only weeks left for the Senate Labor and Business Committee to approve it and send it to the floor of both chambers in time for it to advance to the Governor's desk before the end of this year's legislative session.

That's why we need you to act with urgency, and contact your State Legislators as soon as possible to let them know that SB 771 has the strong support of the Oregonians, and should become law as soon as possible.

As Americans begin returning to their jobs, workers find themselves confronted with a new looming threat: forced vaccinations as a condition to resume, or continue, their employment.

That's why we need YOUR help: Please contact your state lawmakers - TODAY - and ask them to pass legislation that bans companies from requiring vaccinations for their employees!

There are plenty of reasons someone may choose not to be vaccinated (let alone to receive a largely experimental, emergency-use drug), be it for medical, religious/faith-based, ethical, or simply personal purposes.

Regardless, it goes without saying NO working person should EVER be the target of medical coercion on the part of their government, or their very own place of employment.

But with the multi-faceted pressure campaign that's been mounted by some politicians, Big Pharma, the media, and even the entertainment industry to achieve universal inoculation for COVID-19, that's exactly what's been happening.

And, if we don't act now, that pressure may only intensify even more in the coming weeks and months.

The same liberal politicians and talking heads who have preached a non-restrictive approach to medical issues for the last generation have now become nothing short of tyrannical in their recent demands for masking and vaccination. An now, employers across the nation may well follow suit.

But, every working man and woman should have the freedom to make such a personal decision - whether or not to get the COVID jab - for themselves and their families, WITHOUT interference, and certainly without the threat of losing their job, or risking an opportunity to be hired by a new employer.

This is a matter that should NEVER be met with adverse coercion, be it from government entities or an individual's place of employment.

That's why we need YOU to be a voice for FREEDOM, and encourage your state's lawmakers to adopt legislation as soon as possible that prohibits companies from mandating their employees get the COVID-19 vaccine in order to return to work, keep their job, or be hired in the first place.

The introduction and approval of such a law in any state would set an important precedent for how others may best proceed if and when faced with the question of how to protect the rights of ALL people, including unvaccinated workers.

Now is the time to be proactive, and ensure that NOBODY lives in fear of losing their job and their livelihood for objecting to the new coronavirus jab.

The right of Americans to object to the COVID-19 vaccine on medical, religious, ethical, and personal grounds must be reaffirmed as soon as possible, and introducing legislation to protect this right by banning employers from intervening in this most personal matter is the best way to ensure this happens.
