HB 702, now the law of the land, prohibits Montana employers from issuing vaccine mandates in the workplace, banning any adverse action against a worker simply due to their vaccination status.

For instance, no Montanan can be fired, have their compensation or position be negatively affected, or risk not getting a job in the first place simply due to the fact that they're not vaccinated.

On a larger scale, the bill prohibits businesses and government entities from denying entry to an individual due to their vaccination status, as well, effectively banning vaccine passports in Montana.

HB 702 cleared the State Senate by a vote of 32-18, and likewise won the approval of the Montana House of Representatives by a decisive margin of 64-32.

Thankfully, Gov. Gianforte agreed with the Legislature's decision, and has since signed HB 702 into law.

He deserves our thanks and recognition for protecting the vaccine rights of ALL Montanans by getting this important legislation across the finish line.

As Americans begin returning to their jobs, workers find themselves confronted with a new looming threat: forced vaccinations as a condition to resume, or continue, their employment.

That's why we need YOUR help: Please contact your state lawmakers - TODAY - and ask them to pass legislation that bans companies from requiring vaccinations for their employees!

There are plenty of reasons someone may choose not to be vaccinated (let alone to receive a largely experimental, emergency-use drug), be it for medical, religious/faith-based, ethical, or simply personal purposes.

Regardless, it goes without saying NO working person should EVER be the target of medical coercion on the part of their government, or their very own place of employment.

But with the multi-faceted pressure campaign that's been mounted by some politicians, Big Pharma, the media, and even the entertainment industry to achieve universal inoculation for COVID-19, that's exactly what's been happening.

And, if we don't act now, that pressure may only intensify even more in the coming weeks and months.

The same liberal politicians and talking heads who have preached a non-restrictive approach to medical issues for the last generation have now become nothing short of tyrannical in their recent demands for masking and vaccination. An now, employers across the nation may well follow suit.

This is a matter that should NEVER be met with adverse coercion, be it from government entities or an individual's place of employment.

That's why we need YOU to be a voice for FREEDOM, and encourage your state's lawmakers to adopt legislation as soon as possible that prohibits companies from mandating their employees get the COVID-19 vaccine in order to return to work, keep their job, or be hired in the first place.

The introduction and approval of such a law in any state would set an important precedent for how others may best proceed if and when faced with the question of how to protect the rights of ALL people, including unvaccinated workers.

Now is the time to be proactive, and ensure that NOBODY lives in fear of losing their job and their livelihood for objecting to the new coronavirus jab.

The right of Americans to object to the COVID-19 vaccine on medical, religious, ethical, and personal grounds must be reaffirmed as soon as possible, and introducing legislation to protect this right by banning employers from intervening in this most personal matter is the best way to ensure this happens.
