ALERT: Protect Religious & Medical Exemptions from Vaccine Mandates! -- Contact your State Legislators now!
ALERT:

In compliance with Joe Biden's new federal vaccine mandate, many private corporations have begun to require their employees to take a COVID jab -- even when those employees have religious and medical objections!

That's right: Religious and medical exemptions - which were initially promised by many employers now imposing vaccines - are being disregarded in numerous instances across the country, putting the rights and livelihoods of working Americans in danger like never before.

That's why we need YOUR help to contact lawmakers at the state level across our country, and urge them to ban employers issuing constitutionally dubious vaccine mandates from refusing workers' religious and medical exemptions from the jab.

You can reach your State Legislators in one easy step using this simple contact form (see right) that we're making available here on LifeSite's Action Center.

With one click, your message is sent directly to their offices without having to look up any contact details.

Then, please SHARE this important information with your friends and family members to spread the word across our country!

A shameful example of this flip-flop is United Airlines, which, like many companies, has issued a type of vaccine mandate for its employees.

Indeed, United has been accused of disregarding numerous employees' requests for both religious and medical exemptions from their intrusive mandate which threatens indeterminate furloughs for employees who refuse the jab.

So, a lawsuit has now been filed by six United employees representing a class of approximately 2,000 alleging that the airline giant has violated both Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

The aggrieved employees say that the company is discriminating against those who've requested these exemptions, effectively holding their jobs and their livelihoods hostage in order to gain universal, company-wide compliance with its new vaccine policy -- the first of its kind for any major American airline.

This kind of heavy-handed corporate interference into the lives of its employees - especially where religious and medical objections go - cannot be allowed to stand in today's America! Please CONTACT your state legislators now!

If a multi-billion dollar corporation like United, which employs nearly 70,000 people, can somehow roll back the constitutional rights of its workers with the adoption of a misguided policy without consequence, other companies seeking to further embrace the culture of medical coercion and mass public compliance may very well follow suit.

In the United States of America, it should go without saying that no entity -- be it within the public or private sector -- has the right, itself, to effectively overturn the existing constitutional rights of Americans, regardless of who their employer may be, on a whim.

The ability of American workers to opt out from an already intrusive vaccine mandate instituted by their employer on religious or medical grounds especially must be protected under the law.

But the federal government is completely unlikely to take up that cause any time soon. Therefore, this most important responsibility now falls to the states in the coming months and years.

Lawmakers from all 50 states must take action to protect working Americans, like the employees from United, from intrusive employer vaccine mandates by ensuring that NO corporation can prevent workers with sincerely-held religious beliefs and/or a medical objection from seeking exemptions from such policies.

Now is the time to reaffirm working people's rights, and we need YOUR help to make it happen before it's too late...

Please take a few minutes to contact your State Legislators today, and urge them to take action, in their capacity, to protect workers in your state from intrusive, unreasonable employer vaccine mandates by ensuring that no corporation has the ability to deny its workers a religious or medical exemption from any such policy.

Thank you!
