A shameful example of this flip-flop is United Airlines, which, like many companies, has issued a type of vaccine mandate for its employees.

Indeed, United has been accused of disregarding numerous employees' requests for both religious and medical exemptions from their intrusive mandate which threatens indeterminate furloughs for employees who refuse the jab.

So, a lawsuit has now been filed by six United employees representing a class of approximately 2,000 alleging that the airline giant has violated both Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

The aggrieved employees say that the company is discriminating against those who've requested these exemptions, effectively holding their jobs and their livelihoods hostage in order to gain universal, company-wide compliance with its new vaccine policy -- the first of its kind for any major American airline.

This kind of heavy-handed corporate interference into the lives of its employees - especially where religious and medical objections go - cannot be allowed to stand in today's America! Please CONTACT your state legislators now!

If a multi-billion dollar corporation like United, which employs nearly 70,000 people, can somehow roll back the constitutional rights of its workers with the adoption of a misguided policy without consequence, other companies seeking to further embrace the culture of medical coercion and mass public compliance may very well follow suit.
