The United States House of Representatives has officially passed the "Women's Health Protection Act," a massive bill to codify Roe v. Wade and virtually guarantee unfettered, on-demand abortion access across our country!
This flagrantly unconstitutional bill, which completely disregards the rights of individual states, will mark a colossal step backwards for the pro-life movement and for our country should it make it to Joe Biden's desk, but there's still time to stop it in its tracks...
That's why we need to take action NOW, and flood our U.S. Senators with messages urging them to oppose this deadly legislation when it comes to the floor of the chamber for a debate and, eventually, a final vote.

H.R. 3755, laughably referred to as the "Women's Health Protection Act," was narrowly approved by the U.S. House last Friday in a razor-thin 218-211 margin. All Republicans opposed the bill, with one Democrat (Rep. Henry Cuellar of Texas) crossing party lines to join them.
The vote came in the wake of Texas' recent approval of a heartbeat bill, and the Supreme Court's subsequent decision to rule in its favor by declining to block its implementation -- arguably the most notable and significant pro-life victory at the Supreme Court in decades.
This bill, however, is basically a one-stop shop for pro-abortion radicals seeking to enshrine the legalized murder of innocent, unborn children into the culture of our nation -- on a wide-scale, long-term basis. Its primary purpose is to render laws like Texas' practically obsolete by guaranteeing unfettered abortion access under federal law, regardless of legislation and policies implemented by individual states that seek to limit or ban abortions, be it altogether or even at a certain point during pregnancies.
More specifically, the bill would nullify any existing or future state law that mandates the following:
- Bans on abortion based on specific reasons that may be given for seeking one
- Bans on abortion based on the child's ability to survive outside of the womb
- Pre-abortion ultrasounds
- Specified waiting period(s) before an abortion is performed
- Counseling before an abortion is performed
- In-person visits to a clinic prior to receiving an abortion
Not only does this bill trample on state's rights, it will make it nearly impossible for individual states to fight back against the abortion industry and its deep-pocketed allies, all but cementing America's status as a nation that runs on a culture of death rather than life.
It should go without saying that every human being has both a natural and constitutional right to life in the United States of America, but radical abortion activists, be they in government or beyond, are working day and night to see that that's no longer the case. And since 1973, they've been doing a tragically good job of it.
But that's not enough for them anymore. Some states have risen up to meet the challenge of protecting life against unprecedented attacks, and Washington, DC has taken notice.
They know that Roe v. Wade is on thin ice after the Supreme Court's recent decision on the new Texas law, and they're making a last-ditch effort to keep all abortion, for any reason and at any time, legal and accessible without regulation.
If this bill were to become law, on-demand abortions from conception to birth could become the new normal in all 50 states with the simple stroke of Joe Biden's pen.
That's why the U.S. Senate must wholly reject this dangerous, life-threatening bill in its tracks, and use its filibuster power to block its approval in the chamber when it comes to the floor for debate and, ultimately, a final vote.
Please take a few minutes to contact your U.S. Senators today, and implore them to do everything in their capacity to reject the ironically named "Women's Health Protection Act," which would invalidate all existing and future anti-abortion laws at the state level and guarantee unfettered access to on-demand abortion across our country.
