The U.S. Senate will vote TODAY on Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson's nomination to the Supreme Court.
Since the hearings began a couple of weeks ago, we have learned that Brown Jackson is sure to be a reliably radical member of the bench, and, more so, provide the radical left with a lockstep ally on our nation's highest court in cases that address their dangerous political and social agenda.
Could you take a few minutes to CALL your U.S. Senators offices to ask them to REJECT Brown Jackson's nomination?
You can JOIN this campaign right now by filling in the information on the right-hand side of this page. When you do, please use the phone script to call your U.S. Senators RIGHT AWAY.
Emails are also good, but at this point, we need to FLOOD Senators' offices with telephone calls. And then, please SHARE this action alert with like-minded friends and family.
There are three glaring issues which disqualify Ketanji Brown Jackson to sit on the bench of the U.S. Supreme Court:
1) Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson's relatively light sentencing for possession of child pornography and her 1996 Harvard Law Review article in which she argued that community notification of the presence of registered sex offenders in a neighborhood “subjects ex-convicts to stigmatization and ostracism, and puts them at the mercy of a public that is outraged by sex crimes,” indicates that Jackson’s record on the issue runs deeper than some legal technicalities having to do with sentencing guidelines.
Indeed, during the hearing, Brown Jackson suggested that the ease with which images of tormented and degraded children can be acquired ought to somehow mitigate the penalties for acquiring them.
2) Judge Jackson’s disturbing refusal to answer incredibly simple questions, from claiming not to know when life begins to claiming she can’t define “woman” because "I’m not a biologist," should make every American doubt whether this is a person we want interpreting our laws for the next 30-40 years. If we took her responses at face value, they would mean that she’s too scandalously ignorant to preside over traffic court, let alone the Supreme Court.
If a judge is willing to go this far to deny simple, incontrovertible facts for the sake of ideology, no more inquiry is necessary to conclude she would treat legal text, statutory history, and authorial intent with similar abandon.
3) Judge Jackson's amicus brief defending a Massachusetts law that banned protests outside of abortion clinics. Thankfully, the law was ruled unconstitutional in 2000, but nonetheless, Brown Jackson's concerning position should raise an automatic red flag, and demonstrate just how she intends to interpret and apply the law in order to silence free speech in future Supreme Court cases.
Marjorie Dannenfelser, the president of the pro-life Susan B. Anthony List, echoed this sentiment, confirming her organization's opposition to Brown Jackson's nomination by stating that Brown Jackson "is on record opposing the free speech rights of pro-life advocates pleading to save lives outside abortion centers and supporting the false claim that abortion is ‘health care.’"
By any way you measure it, Jackson as an unfit extremist, and Joe Biden and the Democrats have abused their duty to the Constitution by forwarding yet another left-wing activist to sit on the nation’s highest court.
Her nomination must be opposed.
Please take this opportunity to CALL (and, email) your U.S. Senators to oppose radical Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson's nomination to the Supreme Court, and to only support a nominee who will faithfully uphold our nation's founding document by protecting every American's constitutional rights.
Thank you!
