PROTECT FEMALE ATHLETES! -- Ask your State Senators to support this crucial legislation...
With female athletes under attack across our country, individual states are our only line of defense against the radical woke left's efforts to blur the lines between gender. Pennsylvania is one of those states, and you can help protect women and girls in sports by signing onto THIS CAMPAIGN today...

Republicans in the Pennsylvania Legislature have officially advanced legislation through the State House of Representatives that would ban biological males from participating on women's and girls' sports teams.

This is excellent news, and further evidence that the movement to end the ongoing attack on female athletes by radical, identity-obsessed politicians and activists is continuing to gain momentum across our country.

But with the Biden Administration (and their "woke" congressional allies) fully on the side of those working night and day to blur the lines between gender and indoctrinate future generations to their nonsensical social , woke agenda, it's clear that individual states must be the ones to step up and fight against this ... .

That's why we need YOU to take action now.

Please join this campaign to protect female athletes in Pennsylvania by contacting members of the State Senate and urging them to support this crucial legislation that bans biological males from women's and girls' sports in the Keystone State.

Then, please SHARE it with friends and family members.

Back in April, House Bill (HB) 972 was introduced in the Pennsylvania Legislature. The bill, which is sponsored by 53 Republican members of the State House of Representatives, is also referred to as the "Fairness in Women's Sports Act" and effectively bans biological males from participating in sports reserved for women and girls specifically across Pennsylvania.

It accomplishes this by requiring that any "interscholastic, intercollegiate,
intramural or club athletic teams or sports" sponsored by a publicly funded school, academic institution, or entity that competes against either be specifically designated for one of the following:

  • Male, men, or boys
  • Female, women, or girls
  • Coed or mixed

The bill's text also specifically stipulates that any team or sports organization designated for women/girls cannot be open to "students of the male sex," as is, of course, determined biologically. Should it become law, HB 972 would likewise allow students who are harmed by violations of any of its provisions to pursue legal action for "injunctive relief, damages, attorney fees and costs and any other relief available under law against the school, institution or athletic association or organization."

After passing the House in a 115-84 vote, the bill moved onto the Pennsylvania Senate, where it was referred to the Education Committee. It has since reviewed and approved HB 972, sending it to the full floor for an eventual vote, where it is likely to advance once again given the chamber's current Republican majority.

However, liberal Governor Tom Wolf has indicated that he plans to veto this common-sense legislation if and when it makes it to his desk, which is why we need an all-hands-on-deck effort to ensure that HB 972 is either approved by a veto-proof majority in the Legislature, OR revived in a future session once a conservative governor who will sign the bill takes office again.

Can we count on your help?

Please take a few minutes today to contact your State Senator and urge him/her to support HB 972, which will protect female athletes by banning biological males from women's and girls' sports in Pennsylvania, in this current legislative session and/or a future one.

Thank you!
