Alberta Premier Danielle Smith recently announced new gender and parental rights policies regarding “transgender” mutilation of children in Alberta. 

The policies include a ban on gender reassignment surgeries, a ban on puberty blockers and cross sex hormones for children under 16, and a requirement for parental notification and consent before a student under 16 can change his or her name or pronoun at school. 

They are an excellent step in the right direction towards protecting our children and defeating the lies of transgenderism in Canada.

Resisting the evil ideologies of the transgender movement becomes more and more difficult with each passing day, so we must be sure to acknowledge those brave enough to stand up and make positive change. 

Smith's position has even forced Conservative Party of Canada leader Pierre Poilievre to come out in opposition to the use of puberty blockers by children, in a significant shift towards a more pro-family CPC.

Hopefully, with our encouragement, Canada will continue on the path that Premiere Smith has begun and will enact more policies that further protect our faith, families and freedom.
