Tell Your Sate Senator to Stand Up to Union Intimidation and Violation of Privacy!
The union bosses are pushing some scary legislation. This bill is framed as a so called “Janus fix” bill in reference to the Supreme Court ruling Janus v. AFSCM, that the application of public sector union fees to non-members is a violation of the First Amendment. The Union bosses claim that this piece of legislation will only allow them to charge non-union members “reasonable fees” for representing them in collective bargaining, however, it will do much more!

WHAT THIS BILL WILL DO:
-Force state workers who are not enrolled in a union to provide all their personal contact information, including their home address, to the union bosses.

-Allow taxpayer resources to be used by union bosses to force nonunion employees to join their union.

-Force union employees to wait up to a year before they can quit a union and opt-out of paying dues.
