Urge Congress to Finalize Funds for The Youth Mentoring Grant
Congress has until the end of the year to finalize funding for the federal government. If the President and Congress do not come to an agreement the government could shut down. Unfortunately, one of the grant programs that Congress has not yet finalized funding for in fiscal year 2019 is the Youth Mentoring Grant at the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) in the Department of Justice (DOJ).

You can join MENTOR in urging Congress to finalize and pass the FY19 Commerce, Justice, Science Appropriations spending bill so that the Youth Mentoring Grant continues to support critical prevention and intervention strategies for young people.
