Protect SNAP-Ed

The House Budget proposal for FY26 repeals the Nutrition Education and Obesity Prevention Grant, aka SNAP-Ed. This repeal removes the legislative foundation of SNAP-Ed, permanently and adversely impacting millions of low-income families, communities, and the organizations/businesses that support them.

While watching the committee hearing, it became apparent that many of our legislators need to be better informed about SNAP-Ed to understand that #SNAPEdWorks.

This message is ready for you to share with your senators and representatives to inform them about why they should oppose the elimination of SNAP-Ed.

Your voice can help ensure continued investment in programs that promote health for all, and your stories are especially powerful.
