The FDA is Unfairly Targeting Convenience Stores

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced that they will ban the sale of flavored e-cigarette products in areas that are not age restricted like convenience stores. The agency is targeting convenience stores in their effort to crack down on the underage usage of vapor products, while allowing these products to be sold in vape stores and over the internet.
For decades the convenience industry has been a leader in age verification and responsible retailing.  NACS is in touch with the White House, FDA and Congress on this critical issue.

NACS urges you to contact your Members of Congress today by calling them using the talking points provided, sending them pre-drafted emails and pre-drafted tweets. Ask them to protect the vital role of our industry as responsible retailers of legal products.
