Pass the Postal Service Reform Act of 2021
The Chairmen and Ranking Republicans of the House and Senate committees with jurisdiction over postal matters have introduced bipartisan legislation with the goal of bringing financial stability to the U.S. Postal Service. H.R. 3076 promotes key NAPS priorities, which include repealing the mandate to pre-fund retiree health premiums, fair integration of FEHBP and Medicare for future postal retirees and the protection of universal, sustainable and affordable postal products. H.R. 3076 was already approved by the House Committee on Oversight and Reform. However, the bill has been pending in the House Ways and Means Committee, and Energy and Commerce Committee without action since mid-May.

NAPS supports H.R. 3076. At this time, NAPS asks you to contact your Representative though this portal to urge your Representative to request the House Ways and Means Committee, and the Energy and Commerce Committee to discharge promptly H.R. 3076, in order that a vote can be held by the full House of Representatives.
