Creates the Nonprofit Clinical Supervision Grant Program, providing funds for nonprofits to hire licensed clinical social workers to offer group supervision, specifically addressing the barrier for social workers needing clinical supervision hours where there isn't an LCSW available in their practice setting.

Enhances and Expands the Loan Repayment Program, increasing available funds from $6,500 to $8,000 and allowing eligible social workers to apply for additional funds even if they've previously received them. This expansion also extends eligibility to include county-employed social workers, as well as co-responder and law enforcement social workers, helping alleviate financial burdens.
