Support Social Workers through The Super Act!
S.160/H.4451An Act relative to Social Work Uplifting Practices and Exam Removal (The SUPER Act) (Sen. DiDomenico, Rep.Barber & Rep.Kushmerek):

 Has Three Main Components to Bolster and Support our Workforce: 

  • Creates a grant run state program for MSW field placement stipends
  • Removes the standardized exam requirement at the Master's level (LCSW)  **the licensure level will still exist**
  • Allows LICSWs to receive continuing education credit for providing supervision to LCSWs, MSWs, and BSWs students.
