S.245/H.477 An Act prohibiting the use of Native American mascots by public schools in the Commonwealth (Sen. Comerford, Rep.Fluker-Oakley): will prohibit the use of Native American mascots in Massachusetts public schools. About 25-30 schools in the Commonwealth currently use such mascots.   Fact Sheet
