Protecting Against CSAM
S.2633 would expand the definition of child sexual abuse material in Massachusetts General Laws to include any material that is computer-generated, created, or modified. This law closes a dangerous gap in Massachusetts law and ensures that AI-generated child sexual abuse material is treated for what it is — an unacceptable form of child exploitation. This is a commonsense update that gives law enforcement the tools they need to keep pace with emerging technology and better protect children.”
