This is a reminder to social workers and social work students to register in advance for the NASW-WA Policy Conference scheduled for Monday, February 20, 2023.
We have two options to participate: In-person at St. Martin's University in Lacey, WA or virtually via zoom. Note that we require attendees to register in advance so that we can accommodate the in-person and zoom attendees.
If you are coming in-person, doors open at 9:00 AM on Monday, February 20th. Light refreshments will be served.
If you are attending via zoom, you should receive the Zoom information upon registration for the program beginning at 10:00 AM Pacific Time on Monday, February 20, 2023.
Click here to register if you have not done so. Registration will close on Sunday, February 19th.
Materials for the 2023 NASW-WA Policy Conference can be found under the "resources" tab on the registration page. The information is posted below for your convenience.
We encourage attendees to meet with their legislators after the program. To find out more about how to do this, here is a video with guidance on how to contact your legislators.
Can't make it this year? We'll post the video for all to view after the event. We also have a playlist below that includes many of the components of our Policy Conference so you do not miss out!
