CareOregon- Consumer Access must be maintained for Complex Rehab Equipment
CareOregon has decided to outsource its Complex Rehab network to a third-party administrator with a history of eliminating many providers and reducing consumer choice. CareCentrix is the third-party administrator, and reducing the number of CRT providers may cause additional delays for new equipment and repairs. The state of Oregon already has a limited number of CRT providers, and reducing that number to one or two could have negative consequences for consumers who rely on CRT equipment for activities of daily living. We must reach out to Oregon legislators to compel CareOregon to carve out CRT and protect access for the consumers we serve.
