Yet stores like CVS and Walgreens, along with some distributors and online pharmacies, are now profiting from the sale of the drug, mifepristone, for abortion. These pills have been ending preborn lives for too long, but only in the last few years have they been sold at neighborhood and online pharmacies. Now they are the way most abortions are performed.

As consumers, we can try to influence actions of these businesses. Change is possible – so far, several grocery stores and “big box” stores with pharmacies in them, as well as many other online pharmacies, have chosen to not get into the business of abortion. Take action here to tell major companies that sell or distribute the abortion pill to change course.
