Congress is currently considering funding proposals for Fiscal Year 2023, and our community MUST come together to ensure legislators don't leave out critical funding for public schools that support students with disabilities. 

NCLD calls on all of our advocates to demand your Members of Congress to fund critical investments in public education under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Congress must work towards fully funding IDEA - a longstanding promise. Furthermore, Congress should invest in the research that supports students with disabilities at Learning Disabilities Research Centers and the National Center for Special Education Research.
