Stop Maryland's Supplement Ban
Friends,

Can you believe it? Maryland lawmakers are exploring whether they should ban access to dietary supplements! Who does that? Every day we see a new study connecting vitamin deficiency and health outcomes. In Congress, bipartisan and bicameral lawmakers have recognized vitamins' significance and are actively pursuing ways to expand access. Yet, lawmakers want to restrict access to supplements.  If passed, the bill would restrict access to dietary supplements. Unfortunately, we are seeing unhealthy proposals like this across the country.  Marylanders can’t afford to be punished by draconian policies that undermine public health. This is why it is imperative that you let your representatives in Annapolis know you oppose HB 739 and urge them to do the same.
