California Supplement Ban Inches Closer
Every day we see a new study connecting vitamin deficiency and health outcomes. In Congress, bipartisan and bicameral lawmakers have recognized the significance vitamins play and are actively pursuing ways to expand access.

Yet, California lawmakers want to restrict access to supplements. Recently, the California state assembly passed a bill limiting access to supplements. The bill's author, assemblywoman Christina Garcia joined NPA President and CEO Daniel Fabricant, Ph.D. on CBS's The Doctors, to discuss the bill.

Now his bill heads to the senate. If we let Christina Garcia and radical Sacramento lawmakers have their way, identical bills in New Jersey, New York, Missouri, and Massachusetts will soon become law of the land.

Health and wellness advocates can't afford to be punished by draconian policies that undermine public health. This is why you must let your representatives in Sacramento know you oppose this legislation and urge them to do the same.

Don't let AB1341 become law. Instead, tell Sacramento to oppose this dangerous legislation today.
