Supplement Ban in Massachusetts
Representatives Kay Khan, Paul McMurtry, and Senator Mike Rush are trying to destroy the natural products industry by unnecessarily banning and restricting access to specific dietary supplements throughout Massachusetts. We know that if they pass this, states all over the country will start to follow in their path.

Their mission is to secure an outright ban on these products for people under 18, punishing retailers who have been the victim of oppressive regulations. In fact, Harvard’s Opportunity Insights Economic Tracker reported small businesses in the greater Boston area lost a staggering 74.9% of revenue.

Our industry is well regulated and has the proper enforcement authority to prevent and punish bad actors. We strive to consistently provide reliable and safe products for all of our consumers. These bills unfairly target retailers who supply their communities with nutritional products.

Help us defeat this bill by telling your Massachusetts lawmakers to oppose H2331 and S 1525 and to save our supplements
