I am writing to urge you to  contact your legislators to remove or substantially revise Sections 4(a) and 4(b) of A06194B/S5998B (Kyra's Law). While the bill seeks to address serious concerns in custody litigation, these subsections create significant unintended consequences that will hinder the court’s ability to protect children, undermine transparency, and increase—rather than reduce—judicial subjectivity.
