Tell the Senate: Pass legislation to address retail crime.
Organized retail crime (ORC) continues to impact retailers, workers and the communities they serve.

On May 12, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the Combating Organized Retail Crime Act (H.R. 2853) with an overwhelming bipartisan vote of 348–60. This is a major step forward in addressing a growing national problem. The bill now heads to the Senate.

Take a moment to support this bipartisan effort by urging your Senators to pass the Combating Organized Retail Crime Act (S.1404) and help fight retail crime.
