Many federal contractors have access to sensitive data that could, if compromised, reveal classified information, threaten national security or even put lives at risk. As a result, cybersecurity is a critical and growing concern for both federal agencies and those who do business with them. Unfortunately recent efforts under NIST have proven complicated, costly and sometimes contradictory.
