 As REALTORS®, we are targeted every legislative session for industry-specific taxes. Real estate transfer taxes, direct taxes on your commissions, and heavy restrictions added to closings have been proposed in Nevada in past sessions. How do we fight these bad proposals on your behalf? With the strength of our numbers. NV REALTORS® is the largest trade association in the state. When our members show up at the polls in large numbers, it gives a lot of strength to our voice.
