Inside this issue
  The global real estate effect
Real estate is evolving and we see emerging trends not only in North America, but globally. A strong global economy and low interest rates create opportunities for investors around the world. New technology is helping people connect and transforming real estate from a local business to a global one. It is seen from the small investor to the large hedge and pension funds seeking to be part of a global emerging trend.

According to Real Capital Analytics (RCA), global volumes for completed sales of commercial properties totaled $873 billion last year, an increase of 6 percent in Asia Pacific and 8 percent in Europe. The USA's share of the total investment in 2017 was $ 375.6 billion. Companies like Amazon, Uber, Airbnb and others are impacting business products and services. Airbnb is investing in multi-family properties worldwide that can be rented for short-term needs. Uber reduces the need to drive or own a car and the list goes on and on. Click here to read more.
