NVR's Banks busy on state speaking circuit this spring

Association's General Counsel quick to share insights with REALTOR® member groups
It's always a busy stretch of months for Nevada REALTORS® General Counsel Tiffany Banks and NVR's legislative team during the biennial state legislative session. It's no different in 2019. The state association's lead attorney currently has a full calendar of speaking engagements, educating REALTOR® members on key legal issues.

Banks presented at the Sierra Nevada Properties Broker Summit late last month. Banks is often bombarded with inquiries about the legislative session, but at the SNP event she spent plenty of time discussing issues revolving around earnest money disputes, disclosures and stigmatized properties to name a few. Banks is available to speak at brokerages and events across the state. Have your broker contact her at Tiffany@nvar.org. This important member benefit is an extension of the Legal Information Line and Broker Information Line. Remember, Nevada REALTOR® members with real estate legal questions can call the Legal Information Line at (800) 748-6999.

"Here at NVR we believe it's important to take any opportunity where myself and others can to engage with our state's fine REALTORS® and share insights," Banks said. "It's definitely advantageous to be available for members. Plus, we want it to be clear that our state association staff is available and eager to work with them."
