Trio of Nevada local associations recognized by NAR RPAC
Last week, NAR RPAC announced its list of local association winners for the 2019 Triple Crown and President's Cup. The Silver State was well represented as three of its five local associations were highlighted, earning the distinguished honors in both genres. The Elko County Association of REALTORS®, Incline Village REALTORS® and Reno-Sparks Association of REALTORS® were the deserved honorees.

To capture a Triple Crown award, local associations must meet or exceed their share of their state's national RPAC fundraising goal and meet or exceed their local participation criteria. To earn President's Cup status, local associations must achieve a response rate of 20 percent on NAR Calls for Action, meet or exceed their local's share of their state's national RPAC fundraising goal and meet or exceed 37 percent RPAC participation.

"It is important to recognize these fine associations for their tireless efforts to promote RPAC as well as its significance and achievements for members," said NVR's 2019 RPAC state chairman Brad Spires, who also serves as the state association's President Elect in 2020. "In Nevada, we do a stellar job of advocating for the rights of private property owners and for sound real estate policy. We couldn't do that without strong RPAC support and these award-winning associations deserve all the recognition they get."
