Nevada's 2021 Legislative Session is in full force. Both Budget and Committee hearings began last month, and the public is gaining more insight into the obstacles they will have to overcome in this session.
After the conclusion of the 2019 legislative session, NVR's lobbying team - Carrara Nevada - issued multiple warnings to anticipate proposals to change landlord-tenant law. These warnings still ring true. NVR's 2021 President, Brad Spires, recorded this timely message and is sharing it with REALTOR® members statewide to give them some early insights into the new legislative session.
