  Virtual State Conference just days away  

The NVR State Conference is coming to you FREE and ALL VIRTUAL! Don't miss great speakers like positivity guru Amy Blankson and diversity expert Robert Morris as well as speakers from state and national REALTOR Leadership, including Kenny Parcell, who will serve as NAR President in 2023! Additionally, veteran Nevada journalist Jon Ralston will interview Assembly members Heidi Kasama, a former NVR State President (2018) and Steve Yeager. There will still be Fun! Networking!   NAR announces new REALTOR Benefits® Program Partnership  

The National Association of Realtors® announced today the launch of a new resource being made available to its members nationwide through the REALTOR Benefits® Program. The offering, Residential Real Estate Council's Broker Solutions, was developed to ensure residential real estate brokerages with fewer than 150 agents are able to provide service and support to their agents comparable to what is typically offered by larger entities.

Last week, NAR released its 2021 Profile of Real Estate Firms, which found that the vast majority of real estate brokerages in America are small, independent operations. Specifically, four out of five real estate firms operated from a single office, typically with three full-time real estate licensees, and 81% of all U.S. brokerages are residential.
