  Join NVR leaders for 2022 Installation event  
 

Association set to install Reno REALTOR Doug McIntyre as its new state President

NVR has opened registration to join 2022 President Doug McIntyre as well as NVR Officers & Directors for the 2022 Installation Dinner and NVRPAC Auction* (*for members only). Please register here on EventBrite for the Friday, Dec. 10 event. If you have questions, please contact Lillian@nvrealtors.org. Reception begins at the brand new Club at Arrow Creek at 6:30 pm. Dinner will be served at 7:30 pm.

The room rate -- for the Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa -- is $179 per night (12/8, 12/9 & 12/10). Hotel registration can be completed here. The deadline to make room reservations is Nov. 17.

Per Nevada and venue rules, masks are required indoors unless eating or drinking .

  NVR set to host annual meeting.  
 

Nevada REALTORS® will hold its annual membership meeting on Friday, December 10, 2021, starting at 9 a.m. The meeting will be held just prior to NVR's regularly scheduled December BOD meeting at the Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel and Spa.

All Nevada REALTORS® members are invited to attend the meeting and ask questions of the association's executive team. Additionally, members are always invited and encouraged to educate themselves on NVR by contacting our office.   Top 10 U.S. housing markets where cash sales are on the rise  
 

Las Vegas market slots in at No. 4 on ATTOM's list

ATTOM's most recent Q3 2021 U.S. Home Sales Analysis reported that profit margins on median-priced single-family home and condo sales across the U.S. in the third quarter reached the highest level since the end of the Great Recession a decade ago, jumping to 47.6 percent. According to ATTOM's latest home sales report, the typical home sale across the country in Q3 2021 generated a profit of $100,178, as the national median home price hit a record of $310,500. The reported noted the latest profit level was up from $88,800 in Q2 2021 and $69,000 in Q3 2020, also a new high.

The report stated that those gains raised the typical home seller ROI from 42 percent in Q2 2021 and 34.5 percent in Q3 2020, marking the biggest quarterly jump since 2014 and the biggest annual surge since at least 2008. Click here to read the full article.
