  LEGAL: Riddled by Resales

The article in the adjacent link addresses a popular issue often discussed on the Legal Information Line. This article was originally published March 1 and is being shared again because of its importance. The NVR Legal team touches on key points during this current busy real estate era like -- An agent represents a buyer purchasing two condominiums in the same community.  Both condos are owned by the same seller.  The listing agent insists that since both condos are in the same community, the seller should only have to order one resale package. Is this legal?

Do you know how Nevada law reads on the subject? Read this short legal-themed FAQ article and learn all you need to know. If you have any questions, please email the Legal Information Line at: InfoLine@NVRealtors.org. You can view the legal article on the subject by clicking here.

REALTOR Magazine: Maximize your website to attract clients

Your website is one of the most important tools to market yourself. Make sure you're maximizing its use and attracting clients with these tips.

Even in the age of social media, websites are an important asset for real estate professionals. They act as the equivalent of a personal billboard that announces who you are and what you stand for.

But even the best websites are not the way most prospects will find you, says broker Jennifer Ames Lazarre. "Google analytics are far more likely to put consumer sites such as LinkedIn, Zillow, realtor.com®, Facebook, and Instagram higher in searches, so you also should be on those, too," she says.
