  Region XI Conference slated for April in Reno  

NAR’s signature 2023 ‘Ride With The Brand” event series will kick off the conference festivities on Monday evening (4/10). The event is FREE to all conference attendees AND to all REALTORS® who register for the Monday Night reception!! conference and The first 200 at the door will receive free Riding With the Brand swag. The event will have a corn hole tournament, games, photo ops, REALTOR® Brand information, and giveaways! There will also be appetizers and a drink ticket! Come meet NAR President Kenny Parcell, and your state and local REALTOR® leadership.

That’s not all. NVR is thrilled to announce that Nevada's new Governor, Joe Lombardo, will be joining conference goers on Wednesday morning (4/12). This last day of the event will be closed by the amazing and talented Bow Tie Economist, Elliot Eisenberg!

  Predictive analytics guess buyer, seller trends accurately  

You might be able to find out who in your market is most likely to move in the next few months—even before they know.

Predictive analytics aim to provide a crystal ball into the future buying and selling habits of prospects in your area, and so far, a large percentage of predictions have been spot on. In December 2021, when the market was considered unpredictable, real estate software development company TKI identified 2,024 of 35,000 properties in Decatur, Ill., that were likely to come on the market in the next year.
