Oppose S.1858-A: Increased Penalties for ACFs
NYSHFA|NYSCAL opposes S.1858-A (Rivera) which would impose increased penalties for adult care facility (ACF) providers from $1,000 to $2,000 per day, per violation - or $5,000 per day for a repeat violation.

 

ACT NOW! Contact your State Senators and Assemblymembers and urge them to oppose this bill which would place burdensome and onerous requirements on adult care facilities across the State.
