H.R. 116, the Stopping Border Surges Act, addresses loopholes that led to the latest border crisis, regarding unaccompanied children and asylum seekers.

This is a serious problem. The Times of India recently reported that “Families Lacking Valid Visas Are ‘Strategically’ Leaving Minors At Border Crossings, Alone And Only With A Chit, Hoping They Can Become Their Ticket To The American Dream.”
