Support School Choice for All Ohio Families

Lawmakers are currently weighing state budget proposals (House Bill 33) that could significantly impact Catholic schools and students. The CCO has advocated to increase the categories of funding in the Jon Peterson Special Needs Scholarship Program and to increase the tax limit from $750 to $2,500 for individuals and from $1,500 to $5,000 for joint couples to donate to a Scholarship Granting Organization.

One item still up for debate among legislators is whether to make school choice scholarships such as EdChoice, which currently provides up to $5,500 per eligible pupil in grades K-8 and $7,500 for grades 9-12, available to all students. We need your help to encourage policymakers to include this in the state budget!

Please enter your information to send a message to your state representatives and let them know the benefits of making EdChoice scholarships available to all. If you wish, you may add a personalized message to share how increased availability would impact you and your family.
