Protect Ohio Veterans- Oppose HB 708
House Bill 708 does not protect veterans — it regulates and formalizes an industry that profits from them.

Instead of prohibiting unaccredited actors from charging veterans for assistance with VA claims and service records, HB 708 creates a structured pathway for them to do so.

Ohio should be shutting down claim shark practices — not codifying how much they can charge.
