PA is becoming increasingly more isolated: twenty-seven states and Washington, D.C. have already granted Full Practice Authority to NPs. That includes both New York and Maryland, and many of our Commonwealth’s nurse practitioners would rather practice in our neighboring states where they are unrestricted – and who can blame them?
