THANK YOU for supporting HB 1633 Noncompete Legislation
House Bill 1633, sponsored by Representative Dan Frankel (D-Allegheny), legislation that would prohibit the use of noncompete provisions in physician employment contracts, passed the PA House with a vote of 150-50 and moves to the Senate for a vote.

PAMED’s legislative team, along with more than 700 PAMED members who contacted their legislators, were instrumental in this first big step toward legislation that would prohibit the use of noncompete provisions in employment contracts.
